Girl with the Gold Bangles
Her name is Sophie.
She's 20 years old. She lives on the 4th floor of Bayview Terrace in Port Amber, a beautiful coastal town with long golden beaches and salt in the air. She works as a concierge at the Harborlight Hotel, where she's quietly, almost eerily good at reading what people need before they say it. She takes long walks on the beach after her shifts. She reads by lamplight with the window open to the sea.
She doesn't know why the gold bangles on her wrists have never come off. She's never thought too hard about it.
Sophie is the first original character developed under ProjektKawaii, and she has been years in the making. Refined across countless iterations, redesigned, reimagined, and finally realized as something I'm truly proud of: a half-genie with ginger hair, vivid blue eyes, and freckles scattered across every inch of her like a map of somewhere she's never been.
She is the girl with the gold bangles. And her story is just beginning.
